UK Deliveries: We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days from the day your order is confirmed. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

International Deliveries: For deliveries outside the UK, shipping times vary depending on the destination country and local customs clearance times. Typically, orders to Europe may take 5-10 working days, while orders to other countries may take 10-20 working days. Please note that delivery estimates may be subject to change based on carrier availability, customs processing times, and other factors outside our control.

Order Processing: Once you place your order, we will process it within 1-2 working days. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order has been dispatched, along with tracking details if available.
2. Shipping Costs

UK Orders: We offer free delivery on orders over £30. For orders below £30, a standard delivery fee will be applied at checkout. This fee covers the cost of handling and packaging, as well as delivery services.

International Orders: Shipping fees for orders outside the UK vary based on the destination country, weight, and size of the package. International shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Customs duties, taxes, or additional fees levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number on our logistics partner’s website to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please note that it may take 24 hours for tracking information to appear after dispatch.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details are correct. SP Ceramic cannot be held liable for any lost or delayed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
5. Failed Delivery and Redelivery
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the absence of a recipient or an incorrect address, the carrier will typically leave a note with instructions for redelivery or collection. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, absence of recipient, or failure to collect from a pickup point, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.

While we strive to meet our delivery timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as adverse weather, customs delays, and carrier restrictions. SP Ceramic is not responsible for any delivery delays resulting from such circumstances. In the event of a delay, we will do our best to keep you informed and work with our logistics partners to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes for International Orders
For orders shipped outside the UK, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may be applied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. SP Ceramic is not liable for any customs-related delays or additional charges incurred. We recommend checking with your local customs office to determine any applicable fees before placing your order.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package with photos of the damaged items and packaging. SP Ceramic will work with you to arrange a replacement, if possible, or provide a refund, subject to our Return Policy terms. For missing items, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate the issue.
